SALIENT FEATURES :
ADTRON’S Current to Pressure ( I / P ) Converter is a versatile and useful training system for the Process Control & Instrumentation Laboratory. The training consists of a working of a current to pressure converter, I to P converter, output pressure gauge, input pressure gauge and a pressure regulator value to adjust the input pressure. The input air supply is to be provided from a compressor ( not supplied with the training system ). All the components are mounted in a suitable enclosure with a proper layout for case of handling. A detailed and comprehensive instruction manual is provided along with the trainer.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
* Current to Pressure ( I to P ) Converter :
i. Input : 4 to 20 mA DC.
ii. Output : 0.2 to 1KgKm2 or 3 to 15 PS1.
* Constant Current Source :
i. Input : Constantly variable from 0 to 25 mA.
ii. Output : 3.5 digit digital indicator to indicate the current.
* Pressure Gauges :
i. Input : 0 to 1KgKm2 Scale.
ii. Output : 0 to 1KgKm2.
* Pressure Regular Valve :
NOTE :
The pressure input required for the I to P converter is to be provided from the compressor or any device which can develop pressure. The compressor or any device which can develop pressure is not provided along with the system.
